We are chris and amber hulsmeyer, owners of american

shoe service in Bucyrus, Ohio.

We have four kids: Kearston, collin, kaden, and kennedy.

With chris’s dad owning the business for almost

thirty years, chris grew up in the shoe store.

Learning the many skills of a shoe cobbler, Chris fell

in love with the craft at a young age.

After pursuing careers in ems, law eforcement,

and trucking, Chris is back to his origins.

Amber has worked in the medical field all her life,

being a nurse for 17 years.

She is ready to take on a new adventure, and learn to

manage the ins and outs of the store.

We are extremely excited to carry on the family legacy,

and serve the community we love.
